I needed a couch an ottoman moved and Chuck was responsive and was quick to help me out. It ended up snowing the day of the move but he made sure he got tarps to protect the furniture. He communicated throughout the whole project and I appreciated it. Thank you Chuck!

I was very shocked with CnR movers when my plan changed because my bishop wanted to help me move my things instead of paying CnR movers, the guy in charge at CnR movers, got really angry with me for the change of plans than THREATENED me “to make things right or I’m sending my lawyer after you for breach of contract.” The crazy thing about this is that I didn’t hire him so how can I breach a contract for me to be threatened? It doesn’t make sense how CnR movers makes his business decisions based on his feelings on threatening potential or future customers for not working with him. It’s the new year 2020 my hope for CnR is to work on his temperament and not angry at customers for changing their mind.

Well im sorry you feel that i was angry about last minute changes and i do have messages to show i was hired by you to do the moving job for you but the thing that i was bothered by was you had me nook your move n hours before im supposed to be on the job you decided to ho with bishops guy for free , you see its people like you that creatr things likr caclelation fees n all the things to safegaurd ourselfs from getting a loss in people backong out at last minute , this is our livelihood and we have familys that depend on us and getting guys like yourself who done me dirty and yes you did me dirty and i was left without a job that i took out my time to bid and book the day for you and then get stiffed outa the jon that pays my bills anf puts food on table for my kids you dont realise how it effects a company zhat srt aside the time zo figire in everything that the job requird to give a fair price for exseptional work that ee CB do to bring custumers zo smile knowing their being taken care of with all our profetionalism but thank you for showing everybody how a bad decition made in your case as leaving a company hanging as i was there complrtely to give you the best work performed and at a lower price to accomidate your finanual exseptions as you want lowest price got highest quality but enjoy your new home and may god watch over you keeping you safe
