- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an extensive background in construction, and am skilled at working with many materials. I pay great attention to detail, while working steadily to complete the project on time. You can count on me to be there, and do the job right!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the area, the type of tile, and any prep work that needs to be done. I’ll ask pictures of the space and ideally the tile you’re looking at. If your job is large or more complex, I’ll likely come on site to give you the best possible estimate. I’ll send you over a bid outlining the cost for materials, labor, and any discounts applicable. We’ll get you on the schedule if you’re happy with what you see!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I really enjoy working with the materials, and enjoy putting geometric patterns together in a way that looks beautiful. I take a lot of pride in creating an attractive space and enjoy this line of work.
