FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out for a consultation with the client, go over designs and options give a verbal budget for the project to see if the potential client is interested. If the client is interested in doing the project, we then follow up with schedule availability and getting the materials for the job ordered, building the handrails or gates off site at our shop getting them powder coated or painted. Once the date for powder coat or paint completion is known we will schedule a delivery of the finished product to the jobsite and an install date. **We do ask for a 30% deposit on all jobs before materials are ordered.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The year of 2023 we built and replaced all the old log handrailing at the Sterling Lodge in Deer Valley. It was a challenging project but the end result greatly updated the look of the lodge.
