I’d recommend Joel at CJ Masonry. Our brother-in-law helped to put up our brick veneer, but couldn’t do the grout. We thought we could do it, but after watching some YouTube videos, the work seemed more specialized than we could do. I reached out to a few businesses on Thumbtack and Joel was the most professional and responsive. He answered my questions. He communicated with us well and was quick with the work. It was great coming home to a finished project that looked so good. When I accidentally overpaid without knowing, he refunded me without prompting. I thought that showed some integrity. I’m glad we found him and would recommend.

I hired CJ Masonry to help with a cinder block fense repair. I had three little spots I thought needed attention. Joel came out and looked at the issue and we agreed to his quote. He showed up first thing the next morning and not only repaired the areas that I had concern over, but went down the entire length of the fense and fixed everything he could find. Great work ethic, fantastic job done, very professional. I will use CJ Masonry again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs masonry work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is given after evaluation of the project/repair. An estimate/bid will be given laying out the cost of materials and labor. We are transparent in our pricing, and do not have extra hidden fees or charges. We accept cash, check, and card.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will need to make the deposit payment to reserve their project in our schedule. Upon completion of the project, the rest of the payment will be expected.
