- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project scope and the services needed for design time and consultation. Typically the Project Designer is billed out $125.00 per hour and production time/cadd time is billed out $75.00 per hour. Purchasing can be provided to clients at a percentage mark-up to cover cost of goods, shipping and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically projects can be broken down into the following phases; Site documents & information gathering, Schemtic, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Admin., Post Construction. Product purchasing can be done under additional contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have a degree in design and many years of hands on work in design firms in Utah and in California.
