Dalton was our technician and he was great. We needed a bathroom exhaust fan inspected for a real estate closing. Dalton was very helpful in his explanation of how the fan operates, and luckily there was no issue with it. He was communicative, punctual, and very kind. We will definitely be using Mr. Electric for future needs!

Edit: Updating my review after the company owner contacted me. He apologized for the communication issues and said they are working on fixing those ASAP. We also had a good conversation about everything else I mentioned and I do want to mention that they still did a fantastic job on the outlet and quality was top notch. Initial review: First of all I want to say everyone I talked to at the company was really professional and nice. And the installer was super nice and did a great job. My first big gripe is that they don't seem to monitor their thumbtack very closely and they also have a janky automated system. Their thumbtack confirmed my appointment and they called me and said they actually didn't have time available so they either need to sync the systems up or stop using one of them if it's going to cause so much confusion. Also, when they called they said my appointment was from 11-1 but I kept getting reminders for 10-12. So they really need to fix their systems. The next thing is the price. I paid almost $500 for a single outlet to be installed and they didn't even have to run any wire. They cut a single hole and put in a $30 outlet on the backside of another outlet. I didn't have the time or energy to have someone else come out but just be warned that the prices are outrageous. I understand the prices of everything are getting higher but $500/hr is excessive.
