I can’t say enough about Derek, Ruby and his team and the wonderful paint job they just completed. They painted our main level and the second floor, about 3700 sq ft. I knew they were pros by how meticulous they were with there prep work. The final result was amazing.
Finally, Derek’s price was more than fair and I got six bids so I did my homework. I would highly recommend Pro Painters both for their excellent craftmanship and reasonable price.

I cannot even explain how beyond grateful I am for Pro Painters. They blew my expectations away and saved me from such a bad experience. I had hired someone else I found on this app and they absolutely ruined my space with how bad they were at painting. They ruined the trim, painted the bathtub, paint on the floor, it was an absolute disaster and then they took my money and ran. PRO PAINTERS SAVED ME!!!!!!! They are so incredible!!! I told them what was going on and they came right over! They work incredibly fast, their work is so beautiful and they are have been a dream to work with! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not a guessing game. We don’t just come out and look around and say hey this is how much it’s gonna cost. I’ve spent years in the industry figuring out labor costs material costs and overhead costs and put it in the one simple formula. So when we come out and do our estimates our pricing Is priced the square foot of painted surface.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I would like to personally meet every new customer. So I do everything I possibly can to be the first person they meet in our company. And I will do whatever it takes to make sure that customer is satisfied in every aspect. When a customer invites us to do a project we don’t require any deposits. That is no money upfront we want to make sure they’re 100% satisfied with everything we do before we collect the penny. We’ve got five year warranty‘s on the work that we provide and the list goes on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the construction industry, I went to trade schools, and I have spent many years in the field.
