Introduction: I have been a fitness professional for 25 years. I do personal training with weights, bands and/or bars. I teach Pilates and barre-style workouts. I teach all types of yoga. I love working with people to achieve their goals.
I strongly believe that our bodies function better when we exercise and stay active. This can be achieved through a variety of interesting and fun activities.
Wellness, nutrition, and exercise are all passions of mine that I continue to educate myself about. I love being in the health and fitness business.
