FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every asphalt project is unique — surface area, pavement condition, accessibility, service type, and mobilization requirements all affect the final cost. We don’t publish flat rates because a number without context sets false expectations. What we do offer is a free on-site estimate where we assess your specific conditions and provide transparent, itemized pricing with no hidden fees. We won’t recommend services you don’t need, and we won’t cut corners on prep to lower a number. Our goal is to give you an honest price for work done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone or on-site conversation to understand the scope — pavement age, condition, usage, and what the customer is trying to accomplish. For any project of meaningful size we conduct a free on-site estimate where we physically walk the pavement, assess crack patterns, surface oxidation, drainage, and sub-base stability, and identify the right service mix. We then provide a written estimate with a clear scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once approved we schedule based on weather and crew availability, communicate proactively throughout the project, and follow up after completion to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an E100/ B100 contractor with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hold a TSP2 asphalt spray installation certification. I have participated in the Caterpillar training program at the Tinaja Hills Proving grounds in Arizona. I hold both an OSHA 30 & OSHA 500 certification. I graduated from the WCF Masters Safety training certification course.
