- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly flat fee work with occasional hourly billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To speak with the client by phone and gain an understanding of their legal issue and to gather facts. Then to fill out a client questionnaire via email and to gather necessary documents. Then to meet face-to-face to discuss the client's legal issue, get client's documentation and sign the attorney representation/retainer agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorneys are required to complete a minimum of 12 continuing education credits each year and we are always learning and staying on top of new developments in our respective areas of law. We are also certified continuing education providers for the State of Utah and we often teach classes to loan officers, realtors and other real estate professionals.
