FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three meetings are involved in both bankruptcy and estate planning cases. In the first bankruptcy meeting, which we do either in person or over the phone, we review the client's situation--their debts and their assets--and we discuss their current concerns. In the second meeting, we obtain documentation we need to prepare their court paperwork. In our third meeting, we review the court paperwork, check for anything that needs to be fixed, explain the paperwork and have the client sign the papers. The client then chooses a date for us to file their case. Because of our three meetings, we are very thorough with our clients. This thoroughness is how we make sure our client's cases go smoothly and efficiently.
