Ryan is amazing! I was going thru the hardest part in my life and Ryan made everything seem calm and safe again. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Ryan made the process so much easier than I thought it would be!If anyone is going thru a hard time and have to go thru bankruptcy, Ryan is definitely the one you need to go thru. Bankruptcy was not on top of my to do list. I tried everything I could think of not to have to file and deley it for as long as I could... Deleying actually made things worst... I was getting taking to court and the creditors were 3 weeks away from garnishing my paychecks. My friend from work set me up an appointment with the same lawyer he went through for he's Ch.7... I had very little time to get it started, but I didn't have a good feeling with that law firm. It was a different person every time and there prices where high and case time was 2 to 3 weeks out, I didn't have that time to wait... I called around 4 other lawyers all had the same price and process time... I tried Google and found Mr. Baxter. He was able to get the process started over the phone... He was able to stop the garnishment before it started... He took on the big time lawyers (aka R.C. Willey)... while the other law firms wanted me to find out all my creditors and do all the leg work or charge me more for them to do it... Mr. Baxter had all that done for me... Mr. Baxter made it smooth, painfree, and treated me like a human being and not a number... I did my homework and called everyone in town... I would strongly recommend Ryan to help you with bankruptcy problems... I would have paid anything to get a fresh start at life, but Mr. Baxter didn't take advantage of me and saved me hundreds from the other law firms...

Ryan was very professional, he went through the whole process with us step by step to help us understand a chapter 7. He was always responsive to us when we had questions, he was always straight forward and got to know us as a person not just a client. Ryan handled our bankruptcy very professional and he was always on top of our paperwork and had our bankruptcy closed within 3 months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three meetings are involved in both bankruptcy and estate planning cases. In the first bankruptcy meeting, which we do either in person or over the phone, we review the client's situation--their debts and their assets--and we discuss their current concerns. In the second meeting, we obtain documentation we need to prepare their court paperwork. In our third meeting, we review the court paperwork, check for anything that needs to be fixed, explain the paperwork and have the client sign the papers. The client then chooses a date for us to file their case.
Because of our three meetings, we are very thorough with our clients. This thoroughness is how we make sure our client's cases go smoothly and efficiently.

Having worked for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee, having worked representing creditors such as large banks and having worked with one of the best Utah bankruptcy law firms prior to starting my own firm, the expertise Ryan Baxter brings to his work is unbeatable.
