I specialize in Greek food, and have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. My authentic Greek recipes are home-made and from years of tradition. I also offer a variety of American dishes. When I am asked to provide my catering services, I want to ensure that I know the guest's profile and preferences. Why do I ask this? 1) So I could provide a milder menu for older groups 2) If there are health concerns, I can offer a gluten-free menu 3) Any special needs such as food allergies 4) Younger or middle-aged may prefer more variety of menu choices on a buffet I incorporate seasonal and fresh items in all of my dishes. Whether it's a plated meal or buffet, my catered meals are very well-presented. My linens and decorations will compliment any theme for any meal.
