Dylan's intent is there but work ethic is lacking. He would be fine for minor jobs not requiring alot of detail work. Biggest problem we have had is with his subs and his mother.
It required redoing on some items to get them done completely and correctly. He was willing to do it but it didn't always happen right the first time.
If you have someone to stay on top of him, he would do an adequate job.
