What types of customers have you worked with?
My favorite projects are remodles, from a fresh coat of paint to restoring an entire home. However, with as long as I'v been swinging a hammer iI have done it all, from diggin ditches, to framing, interior finish, exterior siding. While maintaining my own property managment and maintnace company iv seen and fixed it all. Leaving me always looking forward to the next challenge, and looking forward to the next intrested client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Put everything on the table up front so that there are no supprises. As far as budget, the full extant of the job, shceduling concerns and anything else on your mind. Leaving us without any misunderstanding of eachother expectations. Also making any supprises on the job that much easier to handle.
