- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate with taxes added into the final total. Discounts are only applicable when the conditions for the discount are satisfied. Discount conditions are under or directly following discount information. Payment is due after completion of a piano tuning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll help you get an appointment set, whether that's by directing you to our online booking tool, or by assisting you through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained for one full year by the company that tunes most of the pianos for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. With them we tuned over 2,500 pianos annually.
