James responded quickly to set up an appointment and was even able to get here a few days earlier than expected. I needed a bunch of heads fixed or fully replaced and he did a great job. While getting my system running for the first time this year, he found a few additional problems, like cracked pipes likely from winter and one broken pipe that I knew about from last season, but had completely forgotten about. He explained clearly what he could do, gave me an additional quote for the work and got it done very quickly. His prices are more than fair and he does a great job communicating. I will use him next time I need someone and would highly recommend him to anyone. This was my first time using Thumbtack, definitely a good first experience thanks to James👍
