- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our inspections include: - Thermal Inspection - Drone (when roof is inaccessible) - 120 day warranty (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance coverage) - option to pay for the inspection at closing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Provide property details (address, square feet of the home, age of home, any additional buildings on property, pool/spa) - Schedule Inspection - Inspection Day * inspections can take anywhere from 2 to 8 or more hours depending on the size of the home. While it isn’t necessary to be present during the inspection it’s recommended that you are present for a verbal briefing at the end of the inspection. Your inspector will go over a summary of his findings and answer any questions you may have. - Formal written report delivered within 24 hours if not the same day. - Post inspection we’re always available to answer questions via phone or email. - Go enjoy your new home!
