- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100/hour for consultations and put together a customized package for anything beyond a consultation which includes a flat design fee. I require all payment upfront in order to begin any work. I also receive a commission on any trade furniture purchased. I believe in complete transparency on both ends and will be 100% honest with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with a free 15 minute phone call where we will discuss what you're needing in more detail and talk about my services to see if we are a good fit. From there, an in-home consultation is the next step. Then I'll put together a customized package for you and once payment is received, I'll get to work! If you aren't local and just want e-design, I'll just need photos and measurements of your space to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year interior design degree from Brigham Young University. I also took AutoCad classes at SLCC and have worked under several very talented interior designers in Parck City, UT and Lehi, UT.
