Where do I even begin? Before we had found Natay construction, we had been ghosted by two other contractors. We were feeling extremely hopeless when it came to renovating our 1970s home. Eric the owner was quick to respond when we reached out. We went over the plans we had drawn up and he was just as excited as we were to get started. This wasnt a tiny bathroom remodel either we extended our first floor and basement by 8 ft and vaulted the main living areas ceiling. The communication was outstanding through out the whole project and we were floored by how efficient his team works. We trusted Natay construction with this huge undertaking and they delivered. This is our third home that weve hired out work for and this was by far our best experience. I can whole heartedly recommend Eric and his team and I never thought Id say that regarding a construction company.

I loathe General Contractors. Honestly, having worked with quite a few, I've come to EXPECT - dishonest estimates, total lack of communication and often being made to feel like a burden when I have loads of questions. Eric and his team changed the way I view the industry, and when I am working on projects out of state, I hold my GCs to the bar Natay Construction has set. Highly communicative at every juncture, but I had so few questions because I can literally log on each day to see notes on progress, ample pictures and honest timelines and bidding. Man, these guys have it TOGETHER.
