I must say that this company has a number one priority and that priority is customer service. If you are feeling at all like something just wasn't done quite right, they will do whatever they can to make it so. They want to be sure to make you happy and will work with you to make things as perfect as they possibly can. They use cleaners that smell amazing, and I found out that they make them in house. The lovely smell of the natural cleaners stay around for a few days and are very pleasing to the senses. I appreciate all of the hard work, flexibility and kindness that was executed in my deep clean/move out hire of this service. I'm going through a very stressful time trying to sell my house and I have extremely high expectations. Thank you for going above and beyond for me! This company guarantees their work and will be there to fix anything you feel was missed.

We had the best experience using Sparkl. The home we were moving into was left without the previous owners cleaning a single thing. Needless to say, every inch of that place needed to be touched up in some way. Josie was super communicative with me on the project and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. After going through the whole place with a fine tooth comb, there was one cabinet and one spot on the wall that was missed. I let them know and they came back the next day to clean it. They weren’t the cheapest option but were the fastest to respond, so I took a chance and am so glad I did. I can’t recommend them enough. They made me WAY more excited to move in!

They were quick to respond, even after 11pm! They were running late from their previous job but called ahead so I was aware. Did amazing work on the previously rented basement. Bathroom, walls, floors, fridge, everything looked night and day better. Daniel's in person follow up on the first visit was appreciated. They take great pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction.
They will be my first call for cleaning services moving forward. I plan to book again to clean my 3 bed/2bath condo to ready for rent within the next 2-3 weeks as well.

Sparkl did a wonderful job! Initially, we had a bit of a miscommunication regarding a service I had requested (cleaning leather furniture), however, the supervisor made a special trip to my house within a matter of minutes and the issue was resolved. Two ladies provided a deep clean that was above and beyond what I had anticipated. We have two large 60+ pound indoor dogs and they diligently worked to remove virtually all traces of dog hairs from the carpet, furniture, corners, baseboards, and more. The kitchen appliances and cabinets looked like new, window sills, door molding and the glass on my framed art were all cleaned, and every crevice in the bathrooms literally sparkled! They did outstanding work although it took quite a bit longer than I expected and they ended up needing to send one person back the next day to finish the job. I can attest that the management is very fair and cares about their customers. They sincerely strived to ensure that I was fully satisfied and I was. That kind of customer service is rare and highly commendable. I will surely use them again.

I loved that they told me a specific time that they would arrive and they were right on time. They did an excellent job cleaning and cleaned areas that we honestly weren't expecting. They were very thorough and we are happy with our experience.
