Disappointed with Lack of Follow-Through
I had a very frustrating experience with Archadeck. I took time out of my day to meet with them in person to walk through my project and explain everything in detail. I was told I would receive an estimate shortly afterward. Weeks passed with no estimate, despite me following up multiple times via email. It's now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received anything.
I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable—especially after I invested my time and effort. I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Archadeck.
