Brooks has a unique ability to separate you from your problem, enabling you to view the issue from a different perspective. She’s been incredibly helpful and I’d highly recommend her services.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do not take insurance at this time.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first meeting will be a 50-minute complimentary, introductory, informal phone or ZOOM call so we can get to know one another. You may feel free to ask me any questions you wish about my practice, coaching style, education, background, etc. I would like to hear from you about your journey: what brought you here? What has been working? What has not? If we decide we want to work together - and I hope we do - there will be confidential intake and HIPAA forms for you to fill out. What we do in subsequent sessions will be up to you: although I may ask questions, I will never have an agenda.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Wellness Counseling Certificate, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY Bachelor of Arts, University of Vermont Professional Certified Coach (PCC), NET Institute Center for Addiction and Recovery Education Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC), NET Institute Center for Addiction and Recovery Education Certificate in Addiction Care & Treatment, University of British Columbia Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training Program Psychodrama Training (NBCC-Approved), OnSite Workshops Wisdom & Wellness: Healing Trauma & Integrative Health, Omega Institute
