I reached out to Peak Cleaning Solutions to get my couch cleaned before a move. They responded quickly and asked for photos, which I sent the next morning. After following up later that day, they responded saying they had ‘no idea’ what I was talking about and that they ‘never messaged me about a couch’ despite the entire conversation being right there in the thread. Completely unprofessional response. Would not recommend based on this experience alone.
