I contacted Eventful Yoga / Lindsey as I was looking to do an athletic hike with great yoga and views as a way to close out my 50th birthday girls trip weekend. We got SO much more than I bargained for. As a season yogi myself and teacher, the yoga instruction was on point. I had asked for solid flow to build core heat and to close with some yin and Lindsey delivered. We also did the cacao ceremony and this was a great mix of meditation, story telling, and peace. Lindsey was also so professional with her correspondence along the way.
