Great experience. Alan responded to my message on the same day (even though it was a Sunday), and made arrangements to come look at the project. He said he would message me when he was available to do it, and I received his message a few days later. The job was done cleanly and quickly and I am very pleased.

When first visiting the work site to give me a quote Alan Barben of American Legacy Contracting noted details about the project that no one else I had quote the project noticed. His quote was the highest but his attention to detail, skill, knowledge and professionalism convinced me his quote was the most accurate and the others would end up either doing cheap work, or going over-estimate. When I was finally ready for the project American Legacy's schedule was full, but they somehow fit me in and got the job done quickly and well. And his estimate was accurate.
