What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free, but we charge a minimum of $85 if we repair something in your home when we get there. For bigger projects, I will send you an itemized estimate for the entire project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with them and discuss the project and make sure we know the details so that we all know what is wanted before we start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree an applied science degree and a bachelors degree along with a professional license that requires continuing education every 2 years.
