Searched many sites for a pavilion and found Western Timber Frame offered the best option for quality, large timbers and style. My entire process was about 2 years with research, excavation and build. Still researching kitchen ideas but for now it’s been a great place to relax and even enjoy the warm rainy days under the pavilion. We absolutely love the decision we made to invest in Western Timber Frame.

Absolutely love my Western Timber Frame Pavilion!

What I love:
- Better quality materials than anyone that I shopped locally (larger beams)
- Exceptional build quality - the entire thing could stand together without a single piece of hardware - and all hardware is hidden.
- Super simple to assemble - had a handyman crew built it in a day
- Despite living in Texas, pricing was comparable or less than local quotes for a structure that would have not at the quality level of my Western Timber Frame unit.

My ONLY complaint was the way the pavilion was delivered. Offloading from the freight truck was not included (communicated in advance) so I had to assemble a group of people to unload all the wood from the truck. Seems like that could have been handled better, but overall I'm super happy.

Beautiful pergola. One piece of wood arrived suboptimal and they offered to replace or refund the cost of the wood if I was willing to keep it. Would order again and probably will in for another project.

We worked out all the specs together on their first visit, they prepared everything and were able to complete the job in just TWO days on their install. Real quality construction. Here was the test: they made a little mistake from our discussion on what the overhang roof was going to be, relative to the poles on our patio. They admitted it, no debate, they made a very quick one day adjustment back at their warehouse, and installed the additional material at no extra cost to me. They have integrity, stand by their work. I have total confidence in them, which means a lot. There are cheaper options out there, but it won't be the same materials, 25 year warranty, etc., or worth it in my opinion. This is a serious addition to our home, and we love it every day!

I am satisfied with my care! Mr. Bunker was my go to person. He went above & beyond his job description making sure we were taken care of. The footings happened one day & a day or two later the build team showed up & knocked out my awning in a day. It was awesome. Even when the city inspector had a problem with the footings Mr. Bunker & the Timber Frame team acted quickly to make sure things got resolved. We’re still waiting for the roofing, but they are a separate company who was at least able to lay the waterproof barrier while we wait on back order products.
We will be working with them again. Hopefully next year to cover my front porch.
