- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really like the customer to tell me what they think it should cost them and I tell them if it's fair, too much or not enough. I like to Google what that type of job it is and how much it costs to have it done, then I tell the customer a price lower than what it would be if they had it done by someone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just do the best job i can and work hard so they can see that they didn't make a mistake by hiring me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in flux core and innershield welding. I have a certificate From MATC. I have many years of experience in fixing things, figuring out the hardest situations,and I don't give up. I say the best way to learn is to do!
