The technician who came to my house was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem very quickly. He took the time to show me the specific problems and to explain how they happened, what was needed to repair the problem, and how to avoid the problem in the future. He was never pushy about trying to sell me on a particular product or solution. He presented me with 6 different options and we finally found an option that fit my budget and situation. I would gladly call on him at any time in the future to help solve an electrical problem. I am super pleased with the technician who came, recognized and solved my problem quickly.

We have requested service from Mr. Electric more than once. This week, Brandon A. came out to try and resolve some issues with a particular circuit at our home in Cedar Hills. He carried out a breaker panel refurbishment, found and fixed some switch wiring issues, insulated a light fixture connection, and found and replaced a broken switch box that was causing problems.I'm very pleased with the result, and am grateful for Brandon's professionalism!
