He drove a considerable distance to come and look at our leaky fridge at our rental property. Our tenant said he was very nice. He determined that the only problem was that it was off balance so he adjusted it and didn't charge us a dime! He said he'd come back if the problem continued. We will definitely call him again for any future repairs. :)
