FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 per hour plus parts needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for the make and model of the machine to be repaired, talking over the phone if possible. I will ask a series of questions to better understand what the problem is and how it got to that point. I would then travel to their address and start working on the machine. Sometimes parts are needed, so we can order those, either I get it and add it onto the cost at the end or they can get them. It is rare that I can’t fix it then and there on the first visit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to MTech trade school, worked for the Home Depot and diamond rental repairing and servicing their rental equipment.
