This is the first time I have booked a "personal chef" for an event, but it won't be the last! Callie was great-- responded immediately, and listened carefully to what I wanted for a dinner party for our daughter's graduation. She provided great suggestions and several menu options that met our needs and budget. She arrived on time, was friendly with all of us, coped with the very small kitchen in our vacation rental, and left it sparkling clean. The food was just amazingly delicious, too! Everyone was super impressed. I would definitely hire her again for other events.

Chef Calli was everything we hoped and more. She was very communicative leading up to our event and took special care to ensure our various diet needs were met. She created a list of options that were difficult to narrow down because all sounded so good! With our final menu set, she didn't hesitate when we requested to later add appetizers. At our event, Calli and her team were the personification of "don't worry, we've got it covered." I only heard positive comments about coordinating and set-up and then we began to catch the wonderful wafting smells from the kitchen. Quite the teaser as we all had to make it through the ceremony first. Dinner was SO GOOD - it is difficult to explain. We've had some epic cuisine all around the US and world and we will be remembering this meal for years to come. So many compliments were flying from our guests, along with the proof of so many clean plates. Our family style meal was intimate and perfect for the type of night we hoped for with our 30 closest friends and family. The leftovers were viciously attacked the next morning...somehow everything tasted just as good straight from the refrigerator. Our only regret is that the night had to end and that it is unknown when we might next get to eat a meal by Calli. I cannot give enough praise of this experience. We are so grateful and so blown away by her professionalism and talent. I will dream of the roasted calabrian chile cauliflower!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary skills of chef Calli who was working at a house where I stayed with a group of 23 people. Not only Calli’s food was delicious, but her personality was also delightful. Throughout our stay, the chef prepared a wide variety of meals that catered to everyone's tastes and preferences. What stood out to me, was the chef's warm and friendly demeanor. Calli was always approachable, happy to chat and share her knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques, which was a fun and memorable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this chef to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality food and a personable, professional approach. Calli’s culinary skills and positive attitude made our stay at the rented house even more enjoyable, and I would happily hire her again in the future.

Chef Calli was extremely responsive and prompt. She is a true professional. But most importantly, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everything was perfect, and even my Mother-in-law (who is as picky as a 5 year-old most days) loved it! We will definitely call Chef Calli for any of our future needs. You can't go wrong with her.

From the moment I interviewed her on the phone through when she walked in the door Calli provided top notch service. Menu selection was an easy process and the delivery and execution of the food was out of this world. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation call where we talk through the details of your event. Then I will send sample menus based on our call, then a proposal when you’ve decided on a sample menu. Once we have finalized all the details I’ll send an invoice and we can book!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I was catering to put myself through school as a biology major and decided I loved to cook for people more than I enjoyed biology! So now I’ve been catering for 7 years and I love nothing more than providing a great meal to bring people together!
