What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have transparent pricing that includes a flat inspection fee, which includes an outdoor test sample and a single room of testing. We can easily accommodate additional rooms of testing at a low flat rate. If you need 4 or more rooms tested, we provide additional discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to have a call to learn about your areas of moisture and mold concerns, how that is impacting you and your family today, and to schedule an inspection appointment as soon as you're available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have professional training in mold testing services and our team is currently pursuing industry certifications in mold testing.
