I had contacted five other plumbers. I had a quick and easy job. My pressure regulating valve had stuck and just needed to be replaced. Most of them would not give me a quote over the phone but said they needed to either charge me for a quote or come out and give me a free quote. It was such a straightforward job and so easy to quote over the phone yet I was only able to get a few to quote me. Scout gave me a fair price and they were very responsive and had it done by the next morning. I will definitely use them from now on for any of my plumbing needs.

Our bathtub hot flow was really slow. We had another company come out and told us he would need to cut into the side of the tub to fix it!Tyler from Scouts came over and spent all day to figure out the real problem and it is working great again (and no he did not have to cut in the tub). He even did it with my neurotic dog trying to help him at every step and was super nice to her.

Trevor or and Tyler came to my house to install a valve into my main line. The service was prompt, timely and very professional Tyler and Trevor are consummate professionals. They explained everything beforehand. They cleaned up after themselves, kept all their appointment times and did a great job. They are now our plumbing company of choice and on our speed dial.
