Fast, efficient and service with integrity. We had two ACs that needed to be diagnosed and found out they were both low on refrigerant. We got them scheduled and they were able to perform the needed service promptly and now the systems are working to spec. Great quality care at decent price.

Comfort Pros live up to their name, they are Pros in every sense of the word. Timely response, on time for scheduled work, knowledgeable, extremely hard working. All work was completed in timely manner. Comfort Pros replaced my existing 23 years old furnace and air conditioner in addition to adding a mini split to my wife’s upstairs sewing/craft room.

Jarom was great. I would choose his service 10/10 times compared to someone from a larger operation. Said to keep his number and reach out directly. This is the kind of small business we need to appreciate and support directly for the great work they do.
No pressure to get a new system, even though he educated me on how the A/C works and helped me realize why the A/C wasn’t performing properly. Even gave recommendations for how to solve my A/C problem without pushing me to get a bigger system. Very comfortable experience in my home.

We are a fair honest company that wants to earn your business by providing competitive pricing for quality service and products. We will always do what's best for the customer and look for way to save them money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to listen to the customer's concerns, needs and interests then evaluate the existing equipment and ductwork. We will then put together multiple options for fixing the issues and or options for replacement if requested by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. We have been through extensive training and continue to incentivize our team to participate in on going education in the field they work in.
