Brett installed our new Central Air unit when we moved in to our new home. He was honest, had wonderful prices, was thoughtful, clean and very efficient. He was able to get the job done and quick. We will definitely be using Total Air Solutions for any and all needs. It's rare to find honest and loyal companies, who only have the best interest of their clients. You get this with Total Air Solutions. I highly recommend them for anyone. You wont be disappointed. They are the BEST!

Brett responded quickly to my inquiry and when he came out to do a bid I didn’t know exactly what I needed yet... He took the extra time to write up 3 completely separate bids so I would have all the information right in front of me. We ended up going with a new furnace/AC and lots of extra ducting. He kept me informed the entire time of what was happening, options of upgrades (but never pressured an “upsale”) and when the project would be completed. We were so happy, we’ve already had Brett back out to bid a new gas insert fireplace! Thx Brett and Total Air Solutions!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair. We try to have all the things the customer needs in a bid up front. Some things are unforeseen but we try to keep that to a minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a bid but keep it preliminary until I can walk the project and make sure that nothing was missed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured. EPA certified Over 20 years of hands on experience is the best schooling one can get.
