Nick was amazing to work with. We had some major issues with our initial installation. Instead of making excuses, Nick took full responsibility for the issues and personally made sure everything was fixed and that we were fully satisfied with the quality, appearance and performance. The measure of a great company isn’t how the handle the good times, it’s how they handle problems. Nick was amazing to work with! He was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. We got countertops installed in two bathrooms. I wanted a concrete look in a quartz stone, and Nick was able to send me different samples so we could make sure they worked for us. He was then able to get the installers to come quickly and they did a fantastic job! I'll be recommending them to others, for sure!
