We bring a unique mixture of sound, lighting, and musical genres to ensure your wedding or event is custom tailored to your taste. We provide pro DJ/MC services, providing dance music, karaoke or live music to perfectly match your special day. We also use only pro-audio and lighting with back-ups to all systems. Never an "oops" moment with us. One of the reasons we are so dedicated to the success of your event, is that this is our full time profession and not a weekend "side gig" for us. Shane was great to coordinate with and chat to prior to the event. However, what he said I would receive wasn’t exactly what was provided. I was a little dissatisfied with the result and especially because it was not cheap. The mixing in of songs was not at a professional level of which he had described his experience. Also played songs that were not from my playlist that I didn’t appreciate. We still danced and had a great evening, just that those little details meant a lot to me and they weren’t delivered.

We met with 6 different DJs before meeting with Shane. He was so attentive. He knew every single song we asked about, and recommended others...he knew exactly what we needed, which was to take some stress off us. He asked engaging questions and it was clear he knows this business. At the reception he not only played everything we requested, but figured out how to mix and blend our weird mixture of my hip-hop with my hubby's country jams and my dad's classic rock oldies and made it sound normal with seamless transitions. He also has an amazing voice and actually sang our couples dance song (Let's Stay Together) live. It was beautiful and added a unique personalized feel to our event. We couldn't have been happier about our entertainment. Top notch pro!

We hired DJ Big Sexy to DJ for my daughter's quince. He had all the music we requested, including all the spanish songs we asked for the adults, but more important, he did great announcing the family and the court (in perfect spanish). He took requests from my daughter and her friends and had those kids dancing all night! He is fantastic.

Shane is amazing! He doubled as our officiant and our dj. He carried our ceremony more beautifully than I could have imagined. I didn't have a set list of music for him just a handful I wanted to hear and dance to throughout the night. I trusted him to read the mood of the guest and place music accordingly and everyone had a blast!

These guys came highly recommend by some friends and were just fantastic! DJ Big Sexy was a great MC and DJ, his music knowledge is amazing and was happy to take requests and keep the party dancing and having fun. They were so good with our crazy family and guests. We chose the Rockstar VIP package and it was so worth it. It was a long day and they took care of everything, they provided the officiant, did the ceremony, private lunch, cocktail hour and reception. They talked with the photographer and video guy to make sure everyone knew what was coming up next. They took away so much stress.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding prices are set package prices with no hourly fees. Parties and corporate events are billed by the hour. We offer discounted rates for school dances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we like to have either a phone, or face to face consultation to discuss the clients expectations and vision for their special event. Wedding and Corporate Events typically require at least 2 consultations to discuss and define music guidelines and formulate an itinerary and timeline for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in Broadcast Communications (Trained in live sound mixing for concerts and sports events) 2 years on air radio experience. 10 years Wedding DJ/MC experience. 15 years resident club DJ in UT & FL. Regional Director for UT State Karaoke Championship
