I have been staging and designing home interiors since 2018. I am detail oriented and make sure that everything, down to the smallest of details, is perfect in each home. I contacted Aloe & Elm about staging our home to try and help it sell. She was able to quickly get me an accurate quote that seemed very fair based on other designers I’ve seen. They had the job done in one morning and sent over beautiful pictures of their work! The response from showings since then has been much more positive, and we are hoping to get an offer soon!

I have had Aloe & Elm stage two of my listings and I’ll use them for every listing here on out. I get so many compliments on the staging. I’ve been told their staging is Parade Of Homes quality by many at open houses. They even cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed rooms! I’m so impressed with them!!!

In July 2021 we tried Rachel Biesinger for staging on a home in Orem Utah. I think she was quite busy at the time but found an opening in her schedule and followed through even with a short lead time. She met all of her commitments and delivered her services as described. The home was staged so well. I received several positive compliments about the home at an open house I held and think the staging helped to elicit many of those comments. Little fine touches like putting a few items in the walk in closet made a difference along with the more major pieces that fit well with the home layout. Rachel has an excellent sense of interior dcor. Prices were reasonable. As you may sense from the above, I don't feel Rachel could be rated too highly, she is definitely a cut above many others. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges between $350-550/room for unfurnished rooms. We also do "hybrid" stagings, utalizing owners' furnishings and bringing in decor/art/bedding and smaller pieces of furniture to transform the space. this option is a lower price depending on how much furniture you have for us to work with. All stagings stay for 60 days with optional 30-day extensions. We generally recommend having at least the front room, kitchen/dining, and master bedroom staged in each home. We are willing to try to work with budgets and time frames where needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a phone call to go over home details and schedule a walkthrough to get a look at the home and go over options with the home owner or realtor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started staging homes in 2018. I began with Aloe and Elm Interiors and helped grow the company until I officially bought it from the previous owners in June of 2023.
