When I requested info I received a quick response. A representative came down within 1-2 days, and took care of one of the most repulsive closets of all time. It was infested with dog urine scent. Our representative not only explained the process but took care of it in a timely manner. Its no joke when I say we tried EVERY possible method to remove the stink ourselves from this closet. Nothing worked until the Master Odor specialist (Darin) came to take care of it. Saved us possibly hundreds of dollars in deep renovation and restoration money. I haven’t even commented on the value yet, but suffice it to say I saved hundreds of dollars.
