- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. After diagnosing the issue, we explain your options and the cost of each so you can make an informed decision. There are no surprise charges or bait-and-switch tactics. Pricing reflects licensed, code-compliant work done correctly the first time. Any applicable service or diagnostic fees are communicated in advance and credited toward approved repairs when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand the issue and schedule a visit. On site, we perform a thorough diagnostic, explain what we find, and walk you through your repair or replacement options along with clear pricing. Once you approve the work, we complete the job professionally, cleanly, and to code, keeping you informed throughout the process. We finish with a final walkthrough and answer any questions before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Utah-licensed Plumber Contractor with decades of hands-on experience in residential service and repair. Our training includes formal apprenticeship, state testing, and ongoing education to stay current with plumbing codes, products, and best practices. We specialize in diagnostics, water heaters, drain systems, leak repairs, and long-term plumbing solutions.
