We had a wonderful experience with Artisan Group Plumbing, whom we found through Thumbtack. We needed two toilets replaced, and Derek, the owner, responded quickly to our request. Abe did an excellent job replacing both toilets and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer our questions about the home's water filtration system and explain how it works. We were so impressed with his service that we requested an estimate for a water softener system as well. We highly recommend Artisan Group Plumbing!

We had a leak come up out of nowhere at our house in St. George and needed someone pretty quick. Artisan Group got back to us right away and came out to take care of the main water line, backflow and PRV. They explained what was going on as they worked and why they were doing what they were doing which was really helpful because we honestly didnt know much about any of it.They were really careful about the area and keeping things clean, and everything looked good when they were done. Just really easy to work with, good communication and we felt like they were being straight with us the whole time. Would definitely call them again for plumbing work or an emergency.

Ive used Artisan Group for numerous plumbing projects at my home in Sand Hollow Resort in Hurricane, and theyve become my go to plumbing company.Derek and his crew have replaced my water heater and water softener, installed new toilets, replaced shower cartridges, and replaced all of my angle stops and main water shutoff valve. They also installed a backflow preventer and addressed my water pressure issues by replacing the homes pressure reducing valve and adding a separate one for my irrigation system.Throughout these projects, Derek and his team have been punctual, honest, friendly, and respectful of my home. They communicate clearly, explain the work, and take pride in what they do.Its reassuring to have a reliable plumber I can call for everything from smaller repairs to more extensive plumbing improvements.
