We were genuinely worried. In Utah, it only takes two months of schooling to become a licensed contractor — and we’ve seen the consequences firsthand. Friends of ours have dealt with botched remodels, unfinished work, and skyrocketing costs. So when we bought our home — which was dark, outdated, and honestly kind of icky — we knew we wanted a remodel, but we were terrified of making the wrong choice. We got four estimates from different contractors, and every single one felt inflated. The prices were nearly identical — and all way beyond what we thought was reasonable. We were heartbroken. He worked with us every step of the way, never rushed us, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Then, in the middle of the remodel, disaster struck. Our pipes burst. The bathroom flooded. Dan’s team dropped everything — not just to clean up, but to help us navigate the insurance process. The insurance company offered us six thousand dollars. Dan documented everything, wrote a detailed letter, and helped us renegotiate. Because of BeeLine’s advocacy, we received more than enough to finish the plumbing and remodel the bathroom. We’ve had contractors charm us before — only to hit us with bloated estimates and vague promises. Dan was different. He walked us through every detail, explained every step, and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. No pressure. No confusion. Just integrity.
