Flute Instructor

Introduction: My name is Tamsy Thompson, and I am offering flute and/or piccolo lessons. My qualifications include playing the flute and piccolo with the Dixie State College Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Gary Caldwell for five years. I have also played for the Symphony Orchestra and Pit Orchestra (Sweeney Todd and Something Funny Happened on the way to the Forum), under the direction of Paul Albegg and Glen Webb. Currently, I play the piccolo for the Dixie State College Pep Band and other events, when needed. I have great teaching skills, based on the technical aspects of playing a flute, and I also have ways of making it fun and enjoyable. I do have previous experience teaching.
