- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a small family-owned business with low overhead we can keep our prices low. Our estimates our a price range and we only charge for the actually time spent up to an agreed upon amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will discuss what you need surveyed and your needs. I will then research to give you the best estimate possible for what it will take to complete the work. If you agree to the estimate I will get started on the remaining research and drafting. Then I will come into the field and do the survey. Afterwards, I will draft the survey and file it with the county.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim Heinritz has been surveying since 1969 and holds his professional license in Utah and Colorado. Ian Heinritz is currently in the process of getting his AAS degree so that he can get his license in Utah.
