They came out on a Saturday! Disaster Repair Team came out work on drying out the area, and removed all the wet carpet and drywall. So easy to work with. thank you for your help!

DRT was amazing! We woke up to a flood in the basement one morning. Although it was 6am, their response was quick. Very professional. The water was cleaned up quickly. They explored the damage and removed the damage area without demolishing the entire basement. We were still able to use the basement while they were clearing and drying the damaged areas. They also gave great suggestions of who they would recommend for the repairs. I will continue to highly recommend DRT every time.

I had an appliance delivery go very bad and resulted in flooding my home. The Disaster Repair team helped me through the whole process they were amazing and quick. And very responsive with everything and helped me with getting the insurance company and the delivery team straightened out on who needed to pay.

Had a disaster over the weekend with our old hot water heater. I thought it was going to be a process to get everything fixed and I was really overwhelmed. I'm so glad I called the Disaster Repair team! they were fast and explained the process and made me feel so comfortable with what was going to happen and they worked with my insurance to get everything handled

The Disaster Repair Team were very fast to get on site an evaluate the problem. They did a great job explaining what the process would look like with an insurance claim. I am so grateful they were able to start the clean up that day and get the water out of my basement. Highly recommend DRT.
