I was introduced to Dylan by a neighbor/ friend. After getting some quotes, we decided to use him and his team to finish our basement which turned out amazing. He is always responsive and helped us understand our options and offered some suggestions. We had him add some things like an extra half bath and laundry which required breaking some concrete, but he did an amazing job. His pricing was very fair and his quality was great. As we got closer to the finish line, my brother let me know he would be visiting from out of state on a certain date. I asked Dylan if it would be possible to hit that date to be finished and he said he could do it. I was amazed by the effort he put into hitting our deadline, which he did without compromising quality. My basement is now my favorite part of my house!

I have worked with a lot of contractors over my last two homes. D&D was working on my neighbor's basement when I had them out for a bid. My two major criteria for selecting a contractor these days are: 1. Communication/Responsiveness 2. Customer reviews (especially those who will show the work). I found a number of people who had a great experience with D&D and I have never had a Contractor communicate as well as they did throughout the bid process and into the project. They were extremely clear on the timeline, and the customers we had talked to made it clear that there were no hidden charges.Our experience was better than we could have possibly expected. It didn't matter what time we txt, we got responses. If there were ever any questions on material or outcomes, they were very clear and worked with us. The only additional charges came when we changed our minds on something and they were willing to re-work something (we didn't like the grout that we had chosen and I think I asked them to add a door that wasn't in the original scope.)Their work was quality, and we reached all deadlines. Price was also beyond fair.Over the last year, I have recommended them to anyone and everyone asking about remodeling projects.

We had D&D install our deck and extension off the house. Not only did they do incredible work, but when other groups came in behind them to finish the kitchen, they scratched and dented a bunch of the decking. D&D came out and fished every board without any questions.I am confident that when we are ready to finish our basement, its a no brainer that we will use D&D again.

Dylan and his team are professional, does quality work, communicates well and completes their project in a timely manner. We had our basement done in a couple of months where my neighbor, who hired another construction company, started their basement before me and is still being worked on. So I would choose Dylan and his team any day of the week! I highly recommend this company!
