I've owned and upgraded my family's homes in 4 states across 40 years, during which I have hired contractors from time to time. Chad was top notch in every way. Our deck is perfect and there isn’t anything that we would change even if we could. Chad’s communication and punctuality were all 100% perfect, which is rare when dealing with construction and home projects. Chad was amazing. He clearly set expectations for us on when the project would be done and how much it would cost. These days it's difficult to find a handyman/contractor that says what they'll do and then does what they say. Chad is a breath of fresh air and we already have more projects we're working on with him.

Bachelor's in construction management from Brigham Young university with 20 years of experience in multiple trades, project management, sales, estimating, and facilities management and maintenance..
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed the design and construction of new homes and solving problems associated with renovations. I've worked various trades as a laborer and have spent the last two decades managing projects of all sizes as well as self-performing multiple trades.
