What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple pricing -- most Singles with 1 or 2 W2s can be $90. More involed tax returns (Self-employed business, Rental properties, etc) can be $120 to $200 depending how complicated. Accounting (QuickBooks) is charged by the Hour at $20/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone contact, set up first appointment to meet in person Thereafter work remotely with internet and/or portal program
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my Bachelors Degree, and more than half of course work for an MBA. Worked decades as a licensed CPA -- now retired! I am a credentialed Tax Preparer registered with the Internal Revenue Service. You can find me in their Directory of Tax Pros.
